STAND OFF

“Stand off” - both a resolve and a warning. Cactus hold their ground amid the hostile elements where most others would faint and surrender. Instead, they stand confidently with all their defenses and heart and choose not to fear what threatens. It is their glory. Those rigid green lines running full length against the fire orange sun and the always moving blue heat waves in the air. Their fully armed demeanor gives the enemy pause. They were created to stand off.
